Return Policy

Returns are allowed if and only if the purchased item contains a defect and must be notified to Vaskia Jewelry within 7 days of purchase. The item must be in new condition, unused and unworn with the original packaging; a copy of the receipt must accompany the returned item. All returned items are for store credit - no cash back.  

Special orders are not refundable, exchangeable or returnable under any circumstances. All returned and exchanged items are store credit - no cash back.  Special orders are defined as any non-inventory purchase or any stock item custom made or altered at the customer’s request (i.e. jewelry, sizing, engraving, etc.). 

Exchange Policy

One-time exchange ONLY for equal or greater value within 7 days of purchase. Item MUST be returned in new, unworn condition along with original packaging and receipt. All exchanged items are for store credit - no cash back. 

NO REFUNDS allowed. 

Note: We reserve the right to deny any returns or exchanges at our own discretion. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when applicable.
