Returns are accepted if there is something wrong with the order or if the product has a defect, this must be notified within 7 days after delivery. Return shipping is free within the U.S.A., Mexico and Canada.
Items must be in unused condition.
If you wish to return a product or you received a damaged one, please contact us as soon as possible at: email@example.com and specify your order number in the subject line of your e-mail.
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items purchased are purposely damaged or have been mistreated. All special order and customized items are final sale and will not be refunded or exchanged once the order has been placed.
